Tobacco addiction can be tough to break, I reckon cold turkey is the only way to go so if interested, just say no.
It's easy to have a go at people on an anonymous chat room , and you do make yourself a target , but hope the blood thinners are working.

Interestingly, and maybe somewhat ironically, drop foot is also commonly known as Injectors Palsy.

It is usually a symptom of nerve compression as you have probably been told, and nerve compression can be caused by a number of things -- muscle disorders or stroke are typical.
Try an electronic nerve stimulator, or even a vibrator , if it is muscular it should resolve fairly quickly.

Stroke related and it will take longer, the fags won't help with that though, and the clot shot probably won't either -- one of it's side effects is Bells Palsy, so are blood clots.

The key difference between Bell's Palsy and stroke is that Bell's palsy is a medical condition of a temporary weakness or paralysis of one side of the facial muscles caused by a damaged facial nerve, while stroke is a medical condition caused due to a blood clot.

On a lighter note, I guess you can be the first on HC to claim Injectors Palsy as a possible symptom of injectors mania, but in the meantime the struggle with tobacco addiction will be your main discomfort probably, so best of luck .
