This is how Comsec work on their T+3 procedure.

Other brokers allow you to have a T+2 offset when buying then selling. (Comsec only allows T+1 offset when doing this) Though when selling then buying a T+2 comes into play with comsec.

I'm sorry to say i couldn't tell you which brokers allow you a T+2 when buying then selling, but i have heard regulars on day trading thread talk about it.

The only problem with the information Comsec has provided here, is that they forget to include the brokerage as apart of the trade. Remember if you were to sell exactly $10,000.00 with Comsec is costs you $10,019.95 then you sell $10,000.00 worth of stock you only receive $9,980.05. A $39.90 difference in favour to Comsec, which could end up costing you $54.00 each day if the funds aren't there.

Hope this is of help to you, Cheers Mark
