Beachman i agree with you that the streamlined business should be profitable but they have bitten off more than they can chew with this acquisition. Debt is very high and share price is low.They need to refinance with a bank and stop dealing with Helmsmen like sharks.If they can't get the finance with a bank then don't proceed.For what it is worth my feeling is that the forthcoming results may be fair at best
