R327 in the urine is continuing while r327 in the blood diminishes both still active so r327 levels in the urine dont exclude 327 in the blood fighting sepsis
so as levels fall another infusion could commence to lift levels of concentration again
thats what the phase 2 trials establish
efficacy ( lack of)toxicity and groundwork for treatment in phase 3 sepsis patient trials
