Yep, but this trial is using 48 hours as a dosing interval.
Given that peak concentrations are already low, even if we are lucky enough to achieve a partly useful plasma concentration of say 600ppm in this trial (just above MIC of 2 out of 6 ESKAPE pathogens), concentrations are unlikely to remain that high for long enough.
Repeat dosing every few hours, maybe. But that would need to be proven safe in another trial.
