The main point to come out of this I feel is that FNT traffic will commence to be carried over the ATC network ASAP. Given that it appeared unlikely that the current business excluding FNT traffic would generate positive cash flows for some time, the additional traffic now (if coupled with good gp margins) should generate postive cash flows and hence alleviate the current cash burn.

The payment of the cash component is confusing. Lets say they dont raise the cash by 31/12, then it says "or 6 months thereafter...satisfied from surplus revenues or equity raisings until these amounts are paid in full". Does this mean we can tell the vendor - sorry buddy, but we dont want to pay you via equity raisings. Just sit back and you will get eventually from surplus revenue?
