I think the South Koreans are hedging their bets a bit by not pissing off Chinese supply but also deliberately dragging out offtakes with ASM until they see KMP running at capacity?
KOMIR are shrewd & can't afford to piss off current supply side just in case ASM can't secure raw products or need to pur KMP offline for any reason
Somewhat frustrating but not really concerned especially now USA offtakes & VTRE / BSX in the mix
