    It is not.

    Capex range of $700m - $1.35b is a significant hurdle DSO operations do not face. A big part of that is the mills required for beneficiation of the detrital ore. It will take a number of years before the true DSO can be accessed.

    Having said that, even calling this a magnetite deposit makes it look cheap.
