    The sell off leading up to the TH has worked out well for the sellers, a Director selling at the same time smells a bit and the Directors getting very nice salary/termination packages approved a month or so ago has turned out to be financially fortunate for them at the expense of the shareholders.

    I am at a lose as to why there is any support for the BOD and recent events.
