Being short gold now would be a tricky play to get right.
You want to take profit, but maximize gains.So you will need to withstand some volatility.
I think you would need a pretty big reversal candle and confirmation to close out any position.
Dow currently at 38.2% fib retracement from 5th April run up.
I am thinking the 50% fib combined with resistance from uptrending line at 14660 as temporary support.
