Was long the XJOKRN yesterday from around 4 pips off the bottom, nice rally once the XAO held support. Closed it out before EOD as US was not looking pretty.

At some point, they will rally gold back to the mindset level of $1,500 IMO

Whilst the US has to protect their dollar, they also want to keep the party that has been the DOW continuing for the next few years. So there has to be some trade between keeping gold at manageable levels against the dollar and ensuring against market wide crashes today.

They can't keep smashing gold as it really hits overall confidence and sentiment.

I think it will trade between $1,350 and $1,500 before recovering back over $1,600.

IMO they took it too far this round
