Just a reminder now most have proxy voting forms!!!!


Do I understand this correctly that Directors will get 7 million options @ 3c for diddly squat.
I'm all for Directors getting options on the shares they already hold like any of us, but more freebies???
If they are so sure this company is a goer let them put their money where their mouths are.
The days of free rides for directors has come to an end they already have their options on price targets, are they just now double dipping in our trough.
I vote NO on for any more sweeteners. They appear to have enough already!!!
