Glad that you mentioned NOD because it is one that didn't bounce back. You may very well be right(in fact I think you're right) about their board's credibility.
So I think perhaps that could be part of my study. Ie. How does the market react when a company has an average board and price slumps.
Could be a correlation there, too.
