The device that was displayed on ACA was a small hand held pen shape device that has what looked like a tiny gas cylinder no bigger than a small finger inserted into it) that was administered to a patients gum (pretty tender area)

The patient felt no pain and it looked very professional-not sure what approval ratings the needle-less unit went through (European design and invention I suspect)

The 1950's version is like comparing Thunderbird's to Star Wars -not apples for apples. Might pay to view the segment IMO its a great devise and will be flooded into the dental market. Like most great inventions they are continuously improved upon.

Ken's and GC noted and I certainly concur we need to live with competitors and realise we have so much more with TPM than the few that do challenge or flank our markets .
