as alpha has said going as low as $0.040 PROBABLY WOULD NOT DO IT ANY HARM,
as the gas flow's appear to be showing some positivety,
"so let's hope it contiues"
but the possitve side in today' close is that the stochastic is that one step close'r in riseing again,
with very little share price movement,
and this is bullish in my view,
p/s i still hold,
in fact I have increased my holding's and i now hold over 700000 share's in NEO
