no stock 'needs a rest'. If it's producing the goods, then there's no reason it can't charge forever upwards, CST has once again stalled. No action from the US or Japan will spell a reverse.
CST looks good for the longer term, though it hasn't produced any significant $$$$$'s as yet, when it does, and that might be a year or more away, then it should take off again. In the meantime, it looks like more of the same for CST. Batshit boring.....
CST's fault for going it alone and being greedy.
