" other stocks have done extremely well in this market".
Just wondering, ... specifically, ...... which pre-production coal stocks listed on the ASX have done really well in the last year of so, i.e. since we became a coal stock?
As far as I can see, all the coal indexes have been flat and stuck at 5 year lows for the last year, i.e. just off GFC lows.
IMO speaking in relative terms, equity market investors still pretty much hate coal equities for now as IMO not many investors embrace bulk commodity equities when the market price of those bulk commodities has been dropping since Jan 2011 and they are hearing about businesses closing and mines being mothballed all over the world because of depressed commodity prices.
If we had just bought in 2.15 close to production graphite projects (instead of coal projects) over the last year, IMO our share price would probably be a dollar right now........
It's a different market for coal stocks now unfortunately.
