Present CEO is a dictator that stiffles autonomy at subsidiary level, instigated an out of date ultra expensive divisionalised structure, did away with company MD's downgrading them to GM's with much less liability and a major pay rise. All because, he wants the first and last say. right or wrong.
Unless a management change happens, it will go thru the floor in coming years. They should bring back Gordon M as Exec Chairman or MD. or someone with his ideas and drive.
Gordon M and Geof made the company and took it to 60c+ now its over in the hands of an idiot.
