I understand that Wyndham has already applied to the Courts in Chile that Vallenar failed in many aspects of the jv and this has led to them unable to repay the loan.
I am not 100% sure but suspect that it will not be a simple transfer of 40% of Vallenar to ADY. Was told that they would fight it in the Courts which as we know is home ground. Look how long it is taking for other ADY initiated litigation with Besalco. Nothing is clear cut.
All I am suggesting is to take care and do not assume anything when it comes to ADY. Many of us have been badly burnt thanks to former CEO statements.
