Pdn needs to close above 1.71 for a major move higher IMO
We've tested it 3 times (triple top) since the major move downward & retraced every time
Should it break, IMO it will be fast, large & aggressive
Last nights action o/s (up 10%) is a good start
needs to close above 1.71
