    Back in the good ol' days of when ESG had a following of 8 or 9 brokers with strong BUY recommendations, I recall RBSMorgans was one of the 8.

    Within "moments" of STO's bid going out, RBS Morgans had a solid update out, (on STO).

    But nary a murmer from them on the target...Hmmmm
