exactly, but that's my opinion. I'm not saying that anyone sat down and said "let's conspire to keep the SP below 10c" but more it is just a natural consequence. If all the oppies were exercised all of us who hold heads would have our share of the company substantially diluted.
I only hold heads and a fair whack at that.
