Don't know how much say management have in manipulating SPs except to do the dang best job they can. I would think the good folk over at BDG would have liked to see the SP go to $5 from the $2.50 it was. Instead it is now 30c. Market forces determine SPs and, unfortunately, not directors and managers. Other wise we'd all be rich.
