    MPO have 616 million shares on issue.

    I dont think that 122 million options converted will ruin this ship.

    Oxiana, 1.4 billion shares, $2.7 sp.
    ORIGIN ENERGY 870 million shares $8.60 sp

    if mpo have the goods the options and sp will take care of themselves. Again the options converted is irrelevant.

    The three BHP men confirm that MPO has the goods.

    This is my take on scenario.
