Of course not but the outcomes of the NEG are lower emission, cheaper power and higher reliability - all of which are going to occur when 2000MW of hydro are added to the grid.
In case you can't put 2 and 2 together, the outcomes will occur due to Snowy 2.0 not the NEG. The NEG is a pointless policy.
