Bulls vs Bears. LOL
Most if not all of the positive property people that make money in property investment are not bulls if you are comparing them to the other side of the scale....
But there ARE bears, extremist nonsense. calling for 40, 50, 60% drops to get back to "normal" or other nonsense about 100 year averages...knowing so many fundamentals are changing as we go forward, dragging UP that average.
Have you seen one supposed BULL, talk utter crap about 50% gains pa.
Most of us will be happy with inflation rates next few years. There are many other things you can do with property to outperform the averages, and increase rentals yields.
it's the long game, getting returns off the house, and letting inflation work it's magic on the land value, with leverage.
as for the big alternative, what a disaster the Australian stock market is and has been for years. Serial underperformer.
