You didn't seem to understand that I responded to each of his points and showed actual QUANTITATIVE information dispelling his nonsense for you.
Back to your second rant. Why would I need to demonstrate to you that negative gearing is a net positive for society? Firstly you haven't proven the opposite and secondly, I'm not a socialist. Maybe take your socialist misery to the politics forum?
