So people that negative gear are taking some poor bastards money. LOL

I claim losses on properties in the early days until they pay for themselves but that doesn't mean I don't pay tax, I pay tax everywhere I look.

Personal, spouse salary, company, PAYG, dozens of staff and families my businesses support, collect gst for govnuts from MY sales.

But I am thieving from poor bastards because I claim expenses on investment property.
