Fadi, I have an idea, and it's worked a treat for over 2 years now.
99% of the time, it's a spec stock investor who blatantly bags the hell out of property and claims it to be too slow and boring and about to crash 40-50%
yet, you find out the stocks they have held, and holding usually find them trying as we have discovered yet again, punting to gather together a deposit for the home, apartment of their liking.
Sadly, they know not of the outcome of the wish for a crash they desire will not lead to the promise land, but more likely a big no from the lender.
And they will be wiped out long before those with property assets will...the last thing to be sold
