well stated UT,
just what I was getting at with new businesses starting up.
The main difference is how many LT property investors go belly up first 5 years. I guarantee you they pay back all and more during life of these investments.
They also forget that investors will be more likely to make improvements to enhance yield, therefore the multiplier effect is very high for the property service sector and suppliers.
