They just rolled over the $50 million facilty in the middle of a financial meltdown so can't see that being a problem in Oct 09 with 8 months of revenue from direct charging ! Debt is being reduced by $7.9 Million is December..part of the agreement with the roll over with the Commonwealth. So how you know they have no cash now, like as of today ? Where did your get this information from ? Quite keen to see it myself. They aslo knocked another $2M of the debt on Sep 1st.
