im not so sure about this to be quite honest
granted im not looking too hard at the perth market, but the general impression i am getting is the activity is moving away from the coast
so maybe this is turnover in cheaper areas causing distortion in the numbers, just as it was the other way around when there were reasonable, but quickly rising RE on the coast
