The bigger the boom the bigger the bust. Anyone who thinks different is kidding themselves. Sure there are different pockets over Australia and some will hold better than others but basically the further something goes north the more it comes back although still above from its original position. Those that bought near the top will be forced to sell first. Really its basic economic maths.
