Perth real estate is cactus. Couple of suburbs doing ok but overall it looks sad. Outer areas being hit the hardest. Where I live 40 km from the city there are so many houses for sale it is hard to believe. A banker told me that they think at least 30% of newish homeowners are under mortgage stress in perth.
There are always some areas who are doing well but I think we have a major house price correction over here.
