    with a longer and larger footprint in Oman than alara?
    and since al tasnim stepped up action in the jv things have been progressing very well.
    not a coincidence.
    i wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing happen in saudi in 2022.
    i mean with the same jv partners, or different.
