if you put a face to a loss it is hard to knock it with any kind of spruik !
there is no graph or theory that can 'take those away' from consumers mind...
(it is like stockbrokers trying to keep your attention on winning streaks of share investing and insisting that dotcom crash, for instance, didn't happen !)
and real estate agents HATE it !
