Buying an IP way under the National median and obviously in a low income area, never a great idea imo

Tying up one IP with another with a cross collateralised loan, never a great idea.

Trying to sell at a premium to the median, never a good idea.

Trying to sell because of market noise and what ifs, another bad idea.

Sticking your head in the paper to tell everyone what dills you are, never a good idea.

Oh well.
