anyway, apparently the new rules since 1.1.2011, the banks have stopped lending to anyone over 35..... hello...that just about covers the fhb group only... majority of people do not start real investing until the kids have left home, are off the books cost wise...
and really start looking for investments for future earnings... no wonder home sales have slowed....if the majority cannot get finance... and god help me...if the only sales are to the under 35's... must have been only the asians with the cash who have been buying
