This guy is an absolute clown.
IMHO NG should never have been put in place but it is there so we have to live with it.
That does not mean that we have to go about with a paper bag over our heads, MT with that speech today about never making a change to the NG is following the path of all the other thickheads making rash promises that have come back to haunt them
Times have changed since NG was brought in and the market has changed and the rules have to change to bring some order back to the housing industry, prices have been distorted and the industry is out of touch with the rest of our economy
Some sort of gradual decrease in the NG must be introduced, obviously it is impossible to just cancel it 100% overnight but a gradual decrease would not have too much of a dramatic effect
