So in that case, I really shouldn't worry about the nature of the distribution only that one actually occurs. That sounds good.
Ive actually read that page on the ATO's website a year or two ago, but was hesitant about its meaning due to its emphasis on dividends. This was the reason for my confusion as to what "income" is classed as when applied to Managed Funds.
