This is all hypothetical .
Her theory is that if the you took away the supposed advantage for investors and they stopped buying the better areas ( i.e. inner city as suggested ) , then that would allow the home owners in .
So what happens to prices when all the buyers rush in ? Will they stay down or will they go up ?
