I believe the low number was due to shorter working week over Easter. Figures on sales are from Landgate and then forwarded to Reiwa. I agree with Zed the affordable suburbs are selling, where do the people selling go. Never let your ego get in the way of making money, those suburbs are not too bad. We shall see who is right in the next couple of years.
