good old matty---i thought prices were falling because we had a huge oversupply, thats what you were harping on about when prices were meant to crash last year.
so now we have to sell this year because of negative gearing---which begs the question what reason will you give us next year for selling
and while your here i recall you saying price crashes in february 2012---well its been and gone and prices are certainly not plummeting nationwide
(although according to one poster blocks are selling in perth for 49k---yet to be confirmed)
