Hello guys -
Kingy - nope nothing to do with that business. I am assessing this opportunity if it spreads in the mean time I have private buyers who want in.
m007m - not sure what to say - not here to annoy the bulls or down ramp property just to share like all of you.
Eloquent presentations - thanks for of the top of my head it turned out OK but really hard to convey intent in a few words and we are all prone to seeing what we want to see it is a human trait.
I am not here to beat anybody - there is no upside to that.
Formguide - thank you very kind words - I know people and get special education on a regular basis which helps. I don't know exact;y how it turns out only the forces at work and some of the market / bank processes.
The trend so far indicates a slow drawn out affair - however things can change rapidly and this cannot be predicted or quantified ahead of such an event. Probability leans towards a slow demise as banks and vendors try to contain the damage and good luck to them.
This is not a nice situation I repeat that.
Regards,
CW
