Gee you people are ungrateful. We circulate money and provide a community need. Every time we buy a house we give stamp duty to the Govt to help the poor. We employ property managers to manage the renters. We get taxed on any income we make. When we sell for a profit we pay CGT When we spend the profits on holidays, we give money to Qantas and foreign hotels. Along the way banks, agents, tradies all profit from our efforts. We have to put up with bitching bears, trashing tenants and government rules in the process of making a few lousy millions. The Government knows who to look after even if you don't get it.
