supply of debt has nothing to do with the principle that if negative gearing is allowed for some segments of business investment it should be allowed for all.
And yes reserve banks are gaming the system... Why? Because of US monetary policy.... An anomoly as the commodity of credit has been gamed.
You can't base anamolies as a comparison, apples and oranges
