Just wandering what property investors did prior to the introduction of Negative Gearing?
I know someone who owned 3 houses before negative gearing was introduced. To say that removing Negative Gearing will destroy the housing market is rubbish.
To me Negative Gearing is just another form of welfare that benefits those who can afford to buy a second house, i.e: those who have a high income.
