after hearing and debating and analysing our fragmented market forever, it looks, from numerous accounts and from ALL OVER OZ...that we are ALL growing in a NEGATIVE fashion !
after all those endless threads, endless and so boring and sooooo wrong theories about "not every suburb is falling...my suburb is booming, i have 1 exapmle of it!"...kind of spruiking...
do we finaly agree that market has NEGATIVELY GROWN in ALL of AUSTRALIA ?
...or is there some report 'out there' that still confirms that betwee two sets of traffic lights, somewhere in outer outskirt of 'back of Bourke' there is a PROPERTY BOOM still happening ? ? ?
