If we needed proof the Property forum on HC is unwieldy, this thread is it. Professional property investors like Malaga aren't well served with this forum. Similarly, those wishing to discuss country-wide trends aren't well served either, since the pro's will always be able to cite specific personal examples that are contrary to the wider action.
