    I imagine GLX will start to hurry this process, they had a presentation come out a few days and they're gonna be pretty busy in the next 6 months. I imagine ucg and ctl coys will start to move things along now theyre becoming committed to them and it looks like we'll have an ETS in 2010. GLX carbon plan will probably the geothermal coy TEY.
